We have performed two human volunteer studies, AGEING I and II. In the first test we have applied two optical techniques, Confocal Laser Scanning Microscopy and Optical Coherence Tomography, to study the skin in two groups differing in age. In the second study, again two groups differing in age were studied. This time by high and low frequency Ultrasound and by an optical technique, Optical Coherence Tomography.
